Product Information

Phillip Gwynne is one of eight children. The son of a professional fisherman, he spent his childhood by the sea and has a degree in Marine Biology from James Cook University. The multi-award-winning Deadly, Unna? was Phillip's first novel and he won an AFI award for best adapted screenplay for the film adaptation, Australian Rules. Phillip has also written several books for younger readers, The Worst Team Ever, Born to Bake and A Chook Called Harry in the Aussie Bites series, Jetty Rats, and Swerve for older readers. His first picture book, The Queen With The Wobbly Bottom, was published in 2012. His exciting children's series, The Debt will be published in 2013. He lives with his wife and children - including Ruby! - in Bali. Tamsin Ainslie was born and educated in the UK and now lives in Murwillumbah, Northern NSW, with her partner John and daughters Olympia and Matilda.
